Great stay in Sevilla

Helpful staff, large clean rooms, amazing buffet breakfast, free exterior parking and shuttle to nearest metro station with a short commute to the historic center.

The exterior of the hotel was undergoing renovation but it didn't cause any inconvenience.

Not what I expected

The food at the restaurant was good and the bed was comfortable

- I got 2 individual bed when my room was a queen bed - my room was “2 floors” a small couch and a tv on the first and the bedroom upstairs - there were no plugs near the bed

Not very close to the city centre if you did want to go in and explore, however that wasn’t my intention so suited my needs perfectly

Shuttle service through the traffic to metro. Just about walkable but worth waiting 20 mins for minibus

Sink drain very slow. Room at the end of corridor would normally be quieter, but workmen arrived at 0730 making lots of noise just outside

Very Good

I appreciated the helpful staff, the breakfast, and generally the spacious and clean interiors of the common areas and in room.

The hotel generally shows its age. While we appreciated the larger room we booked at the reception, the older windows allowed significant street noise at night, and we were unfortunately woken in the morning by renovation work in the room above.

Good

Lovely hotel being renovated. We had an older room near the lobby area and the noise from children running around and cases going past the door was very noisy. The lobby area is beautiful and reception staff helpful. The shuttle to the station was excellent and ran constantly all day. Was very easy to get to the city, just 4 stops.

We stayed for 7 days. It is supposed to be daily serviced rooms. Our room was serviced twice. Bins were not emptied, we kept running out of toilet paper and towels were changed once in 7 days. For what we paid that was extremely poor service. Also the sinks would not drain. It would take a good 5 minutes to drain every time we cleaned our teeth. I'm sure once everything is renovated there should be an improvement.

We loved every moment of our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay. All staff were super friendly, helpful and welcoming. We loved the fact that the hotel embraces diversity as well as takes various measures to be eco friendly. Overall, we like everything the hotel has to offer and we will definitely be booking more visits in the future.

Good from far

The main foyer, pool, and buffet breakfast were sensational.

The actual rooms were a disappointment. Kids had rickety pull out sofa beds, and the bathroom was old. There is a shuttle bus to take you from the hotel to the closest metro otherwise you can't walk into town as there it is next to a huge highway you can't cross.

Location a bit far from downtown, can get time consuming/costly to get where you want. Breakfast average and a bit overpriced, gets very boring very fast in a week. Cleaning people not mopping/sweeping the floors in rooms. Abysmal...

It was awesome. Located in the centre of the city. Shops nearby by and easy access to the metro and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious.

Decent hotel, away from city centre

Huge hotel, free parking possible on the street, hotel is undergoing renovation.

The rooms feel dated, I hope the renovation will address this. There are construction works on site, which means opening the window is not really possible.

great hotel

This is a great hotel with plenty of facilities. Having a car park is really convenient, and it’s just a 10-minute drive to Seville city center. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, we had to check out a day early and leave the country. The hotel kindly refunded us for the unused night, even though they weren’t obligated to. I’ll definitely stay here again next time!

Fantastic Hotel with great facilities and good value for money.

Like: The hotel is wonderful inside, and was a very comfortable stay. Excellent facilities and super reception staff. Dislikes: there was ongoing building work on the outside on the building, but I guess this work has to be completed at some point, therefore that’s probably just bad timing. The location was out of town, and did provide a shuttle bus. The downside is there is no where to walk to (ie shops) They are a very short taxi ride away with how the road is laid out (like a dual carriageway) Overall fantastic hotel, that I would choose again if I was to return to Seville.

Nevermind the first impression due to outer renovation works

Thank goodness the hotel is undergoing an outer revitalisation of the building, as upon the drive up, I thought we made a huge mistake. The inside of the hotel is very nice and modern and as I understand it is mainly a conference hotel, so the location for that makes total sense as otherwise you need a car or as we have chosen a taxi to get to/from. We got a duplex room with the bed upstairs and living area downstairs with a toilet on both levels, which I thought was cool. The room was clean and cosy with a kettle, fridge, hairdryer and toiletries provided. The bed was comfy albeit a bit short for me :)

The A/C didn't work in our room, so we slept with the window open, which was rather noisy as we had our room facing a busy carriegeway. The shuttle service to/from the town centre only upto 6pm.
